How Student Project Portal Works
Student Project Portal provides a complete online process for registering and managing student projects. Students can submit their academic details, select project requirements, upload documents, receive quotations, complete payment and track their project progress from one place.
Project Process Flow
Student Registration
Student creates an account by providing personal, contact and basic academic information. After successful registration, a Student ID and Application ID are generated.
Account CreationAcademic & Qualification Details
Student enters course, branch, college, university, current year, semester, PRN and previous qualification details.
Academic InformationProject Details
Student selects the project domain according to the selected course and chooses a suitable project idea. Project type, technology, description and requirements are also submitted.
Project SelectionDocument Upload
Student uploads required college guidelines, project reference documents, academic documents and other supporting files.
Document VerificationQuotation
After reviewing the project requirements, the project quotation is generated and made available to the student for review and acceptance.
Quotation ReviewPayment
Student accepts the quotation and completes the payment using the available payment method. A payment receipt is generated after successful payment.
Payment ConfirmationProject Assignment
After payment confirmation, the project is assigned to the appropriate project manager and developer for further development.
Project AssignedProject Development
The assigned development team works on the project according to the submitted requirements, selected technology and project scope.
Development In ProgressTesting
The developed project is tested to identify functional issues, bugs and requirement-related problems before final delivery.
Quality CheckDocumentation & Presentation
Required project documentation, reports, presentation and testing-related documents are prepared according to the project requirements.
DocumentationFinal Project Delivery
After successful development, testing and documentation, the final project package is delivered to the student.

Students can log in to their dashboard and track application status, quotation status, payment status, project development progress, testing, documentation and final delivery status.
